None of that to mention the clusterfuck that took place during Pride Month, nor the sad view of so many people being pulled to Kick (which has a myriad of deal-breaking problems IMO) over a basic sub split difference, despite years of teaching (or trying to teach) ways to better run and monetize a streaming and content creation business.
I’m still here. I’m still committed to providing the highest quality streaming/content creation education on the internet. I have a never-ending list of videos I want to make, and currently have a few exciting videos in the pipeline:
- in-depth analysis of the GPU AV1 encoders and their quality differences/uses
- streaming/recording-focused review of the AMD RX 7600 versus Intel Arc and the RX 6600
- a return of the “Free OBS Tools” / “Top OBS Plugins” series
But these (especially the first two) take a lot of time, and I currently cannot maintain the frequent upload schedule I used to. And I want my focus to lean a bit more on the analog_dreams channel for the summer for reasons not worth going into here. Plus, given the centralized internet’s insistence on imploding (see: Twitter, Reddit) I’m even more committed to keeping everything syndicated across my own websites like this one so information is available in multiple places. I have a bunch of other websites I have planned for the next 6 months, too. Stay tuned for that.
But videos are still coming and I hope you’ll stick with me.
